Configuration planning & compatibility review We plan around your budget, games, workload, display and preferences. Exact models and availability are reviewed before the final quote.

Assembly & cable management The build service includes CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD, PSU, cooler and fan installation, required connections and cable management. The service fee is 10% with a current $200 cap.

BIOS & testing We check hardware detection, XMP or EXPO and Resizable BAR where applicable, basic stability, temperatures and final boot. Results document the tested system, not guaranteed future performance.

Optional Windows setup · $70 Installation, updates, chipset/GPU/network drivers, basic fan curves, startup configuration, monitoring and final checks. A Windows license is not included unless separately quoted. No FPS boost is promised.

Inspection & delivery Final inspection and appropriate packing are recorded. Boston / Massachusetts pickup, local delivery and shipping are confirmed in your final quote.

Hardware warranty assistance We can help locate purchase records, identify a failed component and assist with eligible retailer or manufacturer requests. Approval is not guaranteed and unlimited long-term software support is not included.
